One Day at a Time...

The lifelong motto of my father. A muse I still rely upon today, an opened eulogy proposed to me and all of us upon my father's passing, memories and account of inner strength he, I believe, instills in all of us. A universal channel, my father was highly spiritual, disciplined and intuitive.

When he was alive, the presence of his light was beyond words. Never willing to take life for granted, he believed very strongly in counting our blessings, being aware of each and every moment, and never forgetting who we are, who we were and who we were meant to become, all on account of living for today.

A global thinker, he understood the values of the world, not only within ourselves, and our ideas, but also the world at large and what we have created Her to be through our actions. It's not Her fault....

Take good care, all of you, and continue to stay strong and aware...

Introduction...

Welcome, Greetings and Many Thanks upon your visiting, viewing and understanding of my blog as an ode and dedication to my father, the late Matthew Fondell Gardner (1947-2008), who tragically passed away in Seattle, WA USA within our home, ending a two-year battle with liver disease/liver cancer.

This blog is a dedication towards the memories, feelings, associations and memoirs of condolence, both for the bereaved, and those in the family and beyond, concerning my father's memory, life, teachings and inspirations that not only I have felt from him as his daughter, but also as a profound hero that he was in my personal life, and those in the lives of the living. This is a small but worthy attempt of generating consolence, appriciation and healing for all whom knew my father, wether as a member of my family or not, all of his friends, and mine and to also generate a strong awareness within all of our hearts and spirits that we are not alone, and that even though my Dad, Matthew is gone in body, in spirit, he will live on forever, in not only my heart, but I hope all of yours, too.
